Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

At EasyOrderLabel, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process your files and information when you use our website at https://easyorderlabel.com.

1. PDF Processing & File Deletion

When you upload your shipping label PDF files to our tool, the files are uploaded to our secure processing engine for temporary analysis. Here is exactly what happens to your files:

  • We do not store files permanently on our servers.
  • Uploaded PDF documents are used only to parse the SKU information and generate the sorted layout.
  • All uploaded files and temporary exports are automatically deleted from our disks after a maximum of 4 hours.
  • We do not create backups of your uploaded files.
  • Our processing servers use encrypted temporary storage during the analysis phase.

2. Data Collection & Analytics

We do not harvest or collect customer address data, phone numbers, or barcode values contained within your uploaded labels. The extraction is processed solely to sort your output PDF and generate SKU summary reports. No personal information from your labels is saved to any database or log file.

We use standard anonymous analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track general site metrics, including page views, visit duration, browser type, and country of origin, which help us improve site performance and functionality. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual users.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to enhance your user experience. We use cookies to:

  • Retain the state of active processing jobs (so you don't lose progress if you refresh the page).
  • Track anonymous user navigation behavior via analytics tools.
  • Remember your session preferences during a single browsing session.

You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, though some interactive features of our tool may function differently. Most modern browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through their settings menu.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The third-party services we use include:

  • Google Analytics — for anonymous website traffic analysis
  • Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements (see Section 5)
  • Hosting Provider — our web hosting provider stores our website files and processes HTTP requests

5. Advertising

We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service by Google LLC, to display advertisements on our website. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies by visiting aboutads.info.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. All file uploads are transferred over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Our processing servers are maintained with regular security updates. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
