We built EasyOrderLabel to automate this entire workflow. Our tool was born out of a real need: one of our founding team members was running a Meesho clothing store and processing 200+ orders daily. Every morning, he would spend nearly 2 hours sorting printed labels into piles by SKU and size before his packing team could start working. He realized that this sorting step could be completely automated if the PDF labels were intelligently parsed and reorganized before printing.
That insight became EasyOrderLabel. We built a PDF parsing engine that reads the text on every shipping label, extracts the SKU identifier and clothing size, groups all matching labels together, and outputs a new PDF where labels are sorted by SKU (highest quantity first) and by size within each SKU (S → M → L → XL). The result? What used to take 2 hours of manual sorting now takes 3 seconds of automated processing.
By combining instant PDF sorting, automatic margin cropping for thermal printers, and live editable SKU quantity reports, we give hours of free time back to sellers every day.
